About the Journal

The Journal of Research in Computing and Applications (JORCAPS) is the official scholarly publication of the ERDEL Scientific Research Group (ESRG), Federal University Dutsin-Ma, Katsina State, Nigeria. It is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal devoted to the advancement of knowledge in computing and its practical applications.

JORCAPS publishes original research articles, systematic and state-of-the-artreview papers, technical reports, and short communications that contribute to theoretical development, methodological innovation, and applied solutions in computing. The journal operates under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, ensuring unrestricted global access and wide dissemination of published work.

Submissions are invited from researchers, academics, industry professionals, and practitioners across the world whose work advances the discipline of computing and addresses contemporary technological challenges.

The journal is dedicated to promoting excellence in computing research and fostering innovation in digital technologies. It provides an international platform for the dissemination of high-quality scholarly contributions that deepen theoretical understanding, advance computational methods, and demonstrate practical implementation across diverse domains.

Publishing Schedule

The Journal of Research in Computing and Applications (JORCAPS) is published bimonthly, producing six issues annually:

·       March–April

·       May–June

·       July–August

·       September–October

·       November–December

All accepted articles are published online with open access to ensure broad visibility and global reach.

SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPT

During online Submission, ensure that all Co-Authors details are added

Submissions are to be accompanied with the Manuscript Submission Fee. Manuscript Submission fee is a non-refundable fee in case the manuscript is not accepted for publication. Meanwhile, Publication fee will only be made after the manuscript has been reviewed and accepted for publication.

Submission Fee (Non-Refundable):              Five Thousand Naira only (₦5,000.00)

Publication Fee (After acceptance):             Twenty Thousand Naira only (₦30,000.00)
